SecureTMRW is a free, gamified cybersecurity training platform designed to help individuals and organizations learn essential security skills. Our platform offers interactive modules, quizzes, and real-world scenarios to help you protect yourself and your organization from cyber threats.

Creating an account is easy. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, enter your email address, and use the one-time code we send you. SecureTMRW does not require a password for launch.

Yes! SecureTMRW offers free access to all our training modules, quizzes, and certificates. We believe cybersecurity education should be accessible to everyone. Enterprise features and team management tools may have premium options in the future.

Our training covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics including: password security, phishing awareness, social engineering, multi-factor authentication, incident response, data classification, secure communications, network security, and much more. We offer specialized tracks for different roles including general employees, managers, developers, and security professionals.

SecureTMRW uses passwordless email sign-in. Enter your email on the sign-in page and use the one-time code we send you. If Google sign-in is enabled for your environment, you can use that option instead.

Currently, email addresses cannot be changed directly. If you need to update your email, please contact our support team at support@securetmrw.org with your current email and the new email address you'd like to use.

You can request account deletion through your profile settings. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your progress, certificates, and data. Allow up to 30 days for complete data removal.

XP (Experience Points) are earned by completing lessons, passing quizzes, maintaining daily streaks, and achieving various accomplishments. XP determines your level and ranking on the leaderboard. Higher scores on quizzes earn more XP!

Vigilance Coins are our in-platform currency earned through various activities like completing modules, maintaining streaks, and achieving milestones. You can spend coins in the shop to unlock avatars, themes, and other customization options.

Streaks track consecutive days of learning activity. Complete at least one lesson or quiz each day to maintain your streak. Longer streaks unlock bonus XP and special achievements. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero.

Yes! You can retake quizzes as many times as you like to improve your score. However, only your highest score counts toward your XP total for each module.

Certificates are awarded when you complete all lessons in a module and pass the final quiz with a score of 70% or higher. Once earned, certificates can be downloaded as PDFs from the Certificates page.

Yes! Each certificate includes a unique verification number. Employers can verify certificates through our verification system. Share your certificate number with employers to prove your training completion.

Our certificates do not expire, but we recommend refreshing your training annually as cybersecurity threats evolve. We may introduce optional recertification in the future for those who want to demonstrate current knowledge.
